Hopefully by amassing a large amount of signatures we can show FOX that even a decade on, Firefly has collected an amazing and large fan base. Some may think this is futile, yet if we show FOX how many loyal fans will watch the new series we can show them how much is to gain from bringing it back. Once we reach a substantial number of signatures i will contact a representative of FOX and hopefully it will reach the top.
Reasons for its cancellation:
This has been a mystery for a while until the former FOX president Gail Berman explained it was due to the lack of viewers. This was unfair as FOX aired the episodes out of order and put it on "the Friday death slot" meaning that many other people were watching other shows such as "Farscape".
