It's now a W10 UWP app, but I can't download it on my 32bit PC or my W10M Phone. Come on guys, please add support!

Microsoft touts single platform development between Windows 10 desktop/tablet/phone with minor display adjustments... This would be a perfect example to bring the point home given its fan base.

It's advisable for xbox/windows10 it should work on Windows phone through Xbox app just fine.
