I am active duty and my 5 dependents live in Okinawa with me. We would really like to watch Disney + as easily as we watch other streaming services through MBC.

My family has been looking forward to Disney plus since it was announced, and we even canceled other services to make it fit into our budget. My kids were devastated to realize it would work for us. As a military family, we know there will be sacrifices far greater than this, but when we can have a few comforts of home thanks to companies like Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu, we would expect at least that much from a company like Disney who otherwise caters to service members and their families and has impeccable customer service in other venues in order to make dreams come true for children. Being unable to access Disney+ has ruined some of that magic for my children, and that’s a shame because it could’ve been avoided with some foresight.

I already signed up for Disney plus thinking it would be regional like Netflix, but now I can’t watch it :(
