Disney has officially confirmed that our IP addresses are now whitelisted and ready for use. My family and I can finally use the service here on base just like we do back home. Thank you for pushing this across the finish line with me.

MBC strives to provide the best US entertainment to US military personnel and their families stationed on-base in Okinawa.

Since 2014, MBC has worked with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Pandora, and others to whitelist MBC IP addresses so that MBC customers can access US streaming content on-base.

For several months, MBC has been in dialogue with Disney, asking them to whitelist MBC IPs so MBC customers can get access to Disney+. Disney has indicated their support to make Disney + available to MBC customers, however Disney has stated that whitelisting is a long and complicated process for them.

We need YOUR help.

Let Disney hear from MBC customers who are US service members and their dependents stationed in Okinawa and living on a US military installation. Sign this petition and let Disney know that MBC customers want Disney+!

Don’t stop here. Contact Disney through every possible avenue and make your voice heard. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Pandora and other US streaming services are available in Okinawa to MBC customers because MBC customers acted. Help MBC to bring you access to Disney + and other US streaming services.

One thousand signatures is a massive milestone for our families here in Okinawa. Seeing this many people demand the same access I want for my own kids shows how much this matters for our quality of life on base.

My kids keep asking when they can watch their favorite shows on base and I am tired of telling them not yet. We need a final surge to hit one thousand signatures because that threshold proves to Disney that this is a priority for every family stationed here.

My wife, kids, and I have been waiting for Disney plus to be released, and even paid so we would be able to utilize these services. It would be nice to actually get my monies worth for a service I’m paying for.

US service members and family, living on US military bases overseas, should be able to access US streaming content and programming on apps such as Disney+, just like they already do for apps like Netflix, Hulu, and more. Whitelist is a must!

Please whitelist MBC IP addresses so that military families living overseas in Okinawa Japan can subscribe to and enjoy Disney +. My 3 and 5 year olds love everything Disney and really want to be able to watch Disney + here.

We are over here to protect the US and it’s interests. Whitelisting an IP is the least a multi billion dollar enterprise like Disney, who profits from our sacrifice, could do to show their support for their troops.

ESPN + being region restricted took away our ability to watch UFC fights while stationed over seas and it was a big loss to moral. If Disney + could allow us to acess their content as customers while stationed over seas it would be greatly appricated.

I feel it’s very important that we as Overseas military families are allowed the same options as US families. Our children and families have no say so as to duty station. We need the quality of life weather through television or radio options as everyone else. Thank you Marine wife of 25 years.

Very excited for Disney +! Signed up for an account because of all of the awesome programming for my family. Unfortunately, I am an active duty service member stationed in Okinawa, Japan and am unable to enjoy this content. Would love to have my service provider able to provide the Disney + quality programing here in Japan.
