Thank you Corrie Smith for making this petition. I think this would be a great addition to our city park.
Disc Golf, is not only a group sport, but also a sport that can be played individually by all age groups and athletic ability.
DG would also benefit the kids in our area. Giving them one more outlet to stay active & be heathy, keeping them occupied and out of trouble, giving them a safe place to enjoy the outdoors, connecting them with other members in the community.
I joined the parks board to make a difference in our community & to bring ALL the parks up-to-date making them accessible & enjoyable for everyone. I will be happy to present this petition to the other board members & the city counsel. comment on why you want disc golf in Bonne Terre & sign the petition. Disc golf has basically saved my life. I started playing after my 3rd back surgery. I used to have back pain all day every day and took Advil like it was candy. Since I've been playing disc golf I no longer have to take Advil just to make it through the day.

Would love to have a course closer to home and this would give our areas kids and teens something to do. Please try to make this happen.
