I would definitely use the HIIT studio in Richmond and also believe it would be a great asset to promote the health of Richmond locals and the reputation of Richmond as a healthy place to live and work.

Digme is a fantastic professionally run organisation. It would be great they could expand their operations. Thanks

Yes! Would be great if the HIT classes came to Richmond. One of the reasons I joined Digme but was disappointed when I realised HIT wasn’t available at the Richmond Studio.

Absolutely needed! The crazy thing about Richmond given its proximity to Twickenham and the incredible sporting opportunities in the park that everyone lives here for, there is NO credible and NO good HIIT classes or options at all. 5 hamburger shops, but NO transformational or high quality HIIT. Richmond can absolutely support one. There are in fact very few good examples anywhere in London. I relish travelling to NY to do a class at Exceed and Fitting Room. I want to do it here. I don’t want to hang out with trainers in parks and the mud - I want a HIIT study. BUT I also want enough shower facilities to deal with the flow. Current shower space is insane - lots more cubicles needed or toughen up and use old style shower rooms. Whatever. Don’t have time to wait 15 mins for a shower and if I have to watch guys getting their kit off In public communal space then what’s the point of cubicles anyway???????
