Darcy has tremendous experience with the shelter system and understands how to rehabilitate animals for adoption. She has vital, long, trusted relationships with so many rescue organizations, animal shelters, animal rescuers, animal control officers, and animal welfare advocates in the NJ area. She is what AHS needs right now. Those animals need an advocate with experience & relationships to the rescue community. Go Darcy!

We cannot sit back and allow animal cruelty crimes to take place in shelters.
Executive Directors must possess the unending goal of providing care , safety and well being of every animal under their care at AHS- Newark.
We need a director who protects these animals from animal abuse and seeks a quality of life for every animal until that animal is rescued , adopted, or transported to another shelter for adoption.
We must seek an executive director...who has zero tolerance for animal abuse and mistreatment of any animal inside this shelter.

Darcy did an amazing job while at AHS. You keep hiring these incompetent people. Let's get someone in there that has had success. This job with these numbers require more than one person. Darcy should be hired and allowed to hire a second in command.
