Damon is a main character so i have faith they will bring him back one way or another. I am signing this because Damon is a very important character not just to Elena but Stefan, Enzo, Alaric, and believe it or not everyone else too. He may not always be the nicest person but he has been the one from the beginning to end up saving the day. DAMON IS TVD WITHOUT HIM THINGS WILL NOT BE THE SAME NO MATTER HOW HARD THEY TRY...
