She brought truthfulness to the show and sincerity. She was strong, beautiful and had a mischief in her eyes. I don't think the writers have much to go on with Bishop. The show needs her for excitement and compassion. Her relationship with Tony was so captivating.
Ziva completed the ensemble cast & was a perfect foil for Tony. The chemistry between them was palpable. The interaction with Gibbes gave him an additional dimension as mentor/father figure, particularly given that Ziva saved Gibbes' life by killing her half-brother, Ari.
Cote De Pablo's character Ziva is what made NCIS the #1 show. Ever since she left, the show seems to not be that interesting and is all over the place. I no longer look forward to watching it! Please bring Ziva back!!!! it is obvious Bishop can not replace or even partially fill Ziva's spot!
I try to watch NCIS without ZIVA, but turn it off after about 5 minutes. I made the transition from Kate to Ziva so much easier, even though I loved Kate. I used to watch every episode, even all the re-runs. ZIVA just automatically fit, and without het, I've lost my favorite show.
The character as played by Cote' was the spark of the show. Obviously the character was well written, but the actress gave dimension that words alone cannot do. Please come to an agreement with this beautiful actress for her return next season.
Bring Ziva back
Please do whatever is necessary to bring Cote de Pablo back to NCIS!

I've tried to watch and like the show without Ziva, but the show has lost its flavor. Besides Abby, all the other women who have been brought to the show are bland and lack flavor- Ziva added spice with her personality and special skills- she fit perfectly in the team of quirkiness.
