He was a great coach that kept all my swim friends in check and on track for their goals. He always pushed them to do better. All he ever wanted was the best for his swimmers!

Ryan had no misconduct that would cause administration to dismiss him without any warning to himself or his swimmer. We want him back!

We need our Coach Ryan back. Because he has been such a positive impact on my kids life. My son respects him as a brother. He has declined moving to and advanced team 2 years in a row because of the huge improvements that my son has achieved under Ryan's coaching. Please reconsider and bring him back to RMSC Germantown

Coach Ryan was the reason why my son wanted to move up to Advanced Senior. He has influenced my son in many positive ways. Therefore, I would like for him to be back as a coach.

Ryan was not just a coach to me... he was my guide through the hardest years of my life. He helped me grow and become who I am today. I struggled all through middle school with finding myself but once I met Ryan everything changed. I was able to thrive in swimming, thrive in my personal relationships, and most importantly thrive in my self identity. Without this I don't know where I would be today. This athlete coach relationship has not only helped me but I have also witnessed it helping other people on my team and strengthening us as a whole. This support system is now being jeopardized due to the removal of Ryan as coach of Advanced seniors... I believe that this will be too hard on the athletes and result in them leaving in search of the love and care Ryan gave us. He has a rare talent that not many coaches have and it would be a great loss to the athletes and RMSC as a whole if he is gone. Please rethink your decision.

He hasn't been my coach since 2012 and I'm so upset about this. Every single time I come home from college, I make sure I go visit him at the pool. He's a great coach and an amazing individual overall and you would have to be stupid to let him go.

Administrative issues should not lead to dismissal of a coach as dedicated as Ryan. He has made our swimmers better, both in and out of the pool.
