Have lived in Happy Valley since 1992. At first the phone and internet was Happy Valley phone company, which then was bought out by tds. Since they have the entire market, they can treat you any way they choose. I have to reset my Reuter at least once a day, and this is a Reuter that is only months old! I also can’t get rid of my landline or I lose my WiFi. I don’t need a landline, but of course they want that almighty buck! Sick of them!

In this day reliable internet is essential. It’s very difficult to to find that in rural areas, such as Happy Valley. This is a beautiful community that would benefit greatly from Charter.
