Internet service not as advertised and inadequate. Was told there was a capacity issue which is not the case.

I am building a house off Jack Bennett Road, less than a mile from a major highway, 15-501. ATT refuses to install so much as DSL, let alone fiber optic. Their advice was to use 4G LTE. But ATT does not offer working cell service in this, or most any part of Chatham County. Their next suggestion was to call Time Warner Cable. TWC does not serve this part of the county.

The TelCo incumbents 'market' approach have failed the US citizen horribly. Its not a fair and competitive market. Its a rigged special interest group of monopolists.
