Matt Beukema is one of best! As a neighbor, he has gone out of his way to help many of us rica use of a genuine need to care for those around him. Blessed are thoes who cross paths with him inside and outside of the classroom.

Please bring Mr Beukama back! Many of the students look up to him and someone to talk to! He is a huge reason why my son looks forward to going to school! Mr Beukama has been giving my son advice and guidance in becoming a diesel mechanic! Without his help, I don't know what might happen! We need more teachers like Mr Beukama because he cares and helps them feel better about themselves!

Not sure of the circumstances but I have had several parents call me wanting to know what happened, my daughter graduated last year & never had him for a teacher but I've heard nothing but wonderful things of this teacher. Being in the Union for many yrs, I know that mediation will be involved for any wrongful or misunderstood firing! I'm surprised that it took yes for the district to fire a teacher from NVJH who they knew was sexually harassing students& the principle stood by & did nothing till I threatened the district office for good reason. The only way I can see that he was fired would've & should've been only for any sexual harassment or in appropriate touching of a student! If this was do to any other reason there should've been a meeting with all to resolve the issue or misunderstanding. The students & parents have the right to know the circumstances now that it has been decided that it is a firing & not leave of absence.

My son speaks very highly of Mr. Beukema. I don't know the particulars of this situation, but I do believe that he deserves to explain his side of the story. Unfortunately, there are too many people in the world today that either want attention or who want to hurt other people. He should be able to defend himself and be able to fight to get his job back.

I know this family and their character. I agree that everyone deserves to be heard and that in this country it's my understanding that we are innocent until proven guilty!
