Much needed project in Moreno Valley, to bring in high end housing, shopping and tax revenue. We need more projects like this in the city to sustain business and also housing options for those who work at the two main hospitals. As a retired nurse this will encourage those in the medical field to move to Moreno Valley for job opportunties.
