I would really love to continue the progression of romance specifically Garrus and Femshep. And I just have to say that there is no Mass Effect without Shepard.

Andromeda was pointless, I fill hard done by yet again, bring Shepard and the Normandy back so I can enjoy Mass Effect once again

In my original ending it eluded to him being alive, under rubble, in the Citadel/Crucible. It would be very easy to make that Canon.
Whether he came back as a playable character, well I'd say no, but a story about trying to rebuild and infighting as we try to thrive again, establish viable travel etc would be far easier than *fixing* Andromeda (which could be done, but going back to Shep's time would establish good will far faster).
