JJ Abrams and Kathleen Kennedy have started a movement to bring practical effects and real sets back to The Force Awakens and the new Star Wars movies. We applaud that sentiment. Word has it that there will be “Anthology” movies about Boba Fett, Han Solo and other SW characters. We want to further encourage the return to practical effects with a live action Yoda puppet for future “Anthology” movies. In fact, LET'S HAVE A YODA MOVIE!

Petition Disney to keep Yoda a practical effects puppet and give us a Yoda movie!

When fans affectionately think of Yoda, it is always the live action Yoda from the Classic Star Wars Trilogy. When people quote Star Wars, it is usually Yoda from The Empire Strikes Back. Brought to life brilliantly by Frank Oz, Yoda was lovable, humorous and hugely appealing. The digital Yoda lost much of that. Frank Oz and the original puppeteers are still alive. Help us petition Disney to bring back a puppet Yoda as similar as possible to the original puppet, bring back Frank Oz and let's see a movie about Yoda.
