Xamarin Evolve is (was) the largest cross-platform mobile event in the world, where over 1,500 developers, industry leaders, and Xamarin experts converge to advance the state of the art, discuss mobile strategy, and define the future of apps.
There were 3 editions: April 2013 Austin, October 2014 in Atlanta, April 2016 in Orlando. A fourth edition was expected to be in October 2017, but Microsoft decided not to host Xamarin Evolve in 2017...

Reaching this point has been a slow climb and I am exhausted by how much effort it takes to get anyone to listen. Seeing this many people still holding onto the hope for a proper community space keeps me from walking away entirely.

This conference will leave a huge void for an entire community of devoted Xamarin Developers. The standard set of Microsoft conferences will not be able to fill this void.
Xamarin as a technology is too big to be absorbed into any other parent Microsoft conferences like Build. They can rename the conference to something like Microsoft Mobile Evolve or something else, but it definitely deserves its own 4-5 day event. Too much content in Xamarin and too many evolutions happening within this space.
Please continue it. And perhaps host it in Europe, so that one of the important events happen here
This conference changed my direction in life as a software developer. I attended the first in 2013 and am now a Xamarin and Microsoft MVP who is actively involved in your open-source community. Why? Evolve 2013.
I have never been as I am new to the Xamarin field. The wealth of knowledge I have gained by watching the Evolve videos has been huge. I would definitely be interested in going to one.
It would be nice to have a Xamarin conference in US.
I still haven't seen a decent replacement event for this.

Evolve 2016 in Orlando, Best conference i attended in every aspect. The full day training sessions were amazing, also the posibility to consult an expert on site. Additionally there were many activities after the conference, it was a lot of fun!
