Ted Cruz finished second in his 2016 bid for President,despite an overcrowded field, opposition from the Republican Establishment, and receiving less air time than Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, or Bernie Sanders. He won the state of Iowa-even after speaking out against the ethanol mandate, and despite that state's governor asking Iowans to vote for "anyone else". We believe the weekly prayer calls held by the Cruz for President campaign played a huge role in his success. As such, we the undersigned hereby petition the Cruz for Senate campaign to bring back weekly prayer calls so we may continue to lift Senator Cruz up.
