Freestyle snowboarding is probably our best bet for a medal at the next olympics, it needs all the grass roots support it can get.

No park, no loyal returning customers, what you gonna do in the summer months when everyone is off elsewhere?

The decline of freestyle nights at chill have massively influenced the snowboard scene in Manchester in a negative way. What was once such a healthy snowboard scene is now in tatters. Its a real shame to have witnessed it.

Indoor freestyle sessions have shaped my riding and my professional career. From riding dryslope growing up to now working in action sports with the biggest sports companies in the world, there is no doubt the impact indoor freestyle sessions have had on me. A great place to meet friends, have constructed learning's and burn energy. Chill scene is hungry for regular freestyle and i know it would be used and enjoyed by many.

As a committee member of a university snowsports society, we are trying to promote and encourage freestyle development, and more regular freestyle sessions would be very beneficial.

Even a couple of small features at the weekend would be great.
