Today’s Formula 1 cars are too heavy, big and complicated for racers, a far cry from those of the second half of the v10 and, even, the earliest years of the V8 eras. That makes races boring for Motorsport fans, therefore pushing to sport to irrelevance.

I started watching F1 in 2013 and I discovered where that high pitched noise came from. I watched with my parents and now I am 14 years old. This has been on my mind. Although I need to accept the present engines, something deep down something is at the back of my head. I lost interest in 2014 because i couldn't hear the cars when I was watching. There was another strange thing about the cars in 2014 and that was the front nose that honestly had a strange piece on the front of it. I was not interested in watching with this combination. The fans want the cars from the early 2000s. Although this could be seen as in the past, the sport can't be stuck with stuff that does not garner the emotions of the V8 and V10s. We don't watch F1 for efficiency and environmental reasons. Leave the V6s for road cars. If they do create biofuels this would be win-win. The V6 and all its baggage is way too expensive. My dad went to the 2013 Indianapolis grand prix and the noise was baffling. I never pictured F1 being quiet. If it gets too loud for you, thats why we have TV.
