This panini is the most gorgeous item on their menu. I have all my friends try it, and rarely order anything else. This panini is a work of art. I begged my father to take me here and I had this panini on my mind all day. We arrive and I ask for it, but they informed me that they no longer served this glorious meal, but I can get in on "flatbread"???! No. Flatbread does not provide the crunch followed by a chewy interior with melty,melts cheese in the way that a panini delivers. I was angry with this restaurant. But then I discovered that it wasn't just this restaurant, but ALL Panera's. This is a disappointment and a outrage. I am sad that they felt this sandwich was inferior to others. As a vegetarian, I could always rely on my favorite meal being here. And while you have other good options, I just feel more limited, like I would in any old fast food restaurant. Bring it back.

Tomato Mozz was the only sandwich I'd eat ... Panera has lost a customer in me until they bring back the Tomato Mozzarella panini!
