WHY? WHY? WHY?!?! Why did you discontinue this wonderful sandwich for grilled mac-n-cheese sandwich? It is gross, messy, and did I mention gross? Yes, I've tried it. Never again. The modern caprese sandwich had classic flavors with an adult twist. All of the flavors together were magic; the tomato jam, warm melted mozzarella, pest, basalmic glaze, and arugula...heaven. The smoked tomato jam was genius! Honestly, this is the best sandwich you have ever had on the menu. Please, please, please bring it back to the menu.
