Panera finally caved and the sun-dried tomato mozzarella panini is officially returning to the menu. It is pathetic that it took this much pressure to bring back a clearly superior sandwich but we won. Enjoy your first bite because we earned it.

Unfortunately, Panera has recently discontinued this item from their menus across the country, and this will just not do. If this petition gains enough signatures, I will present this to Panera in hopes of a better tomorrow.

Panera thinks they can just wipe our favorite lunch off the map and expect us to move on without a fight. The corporate suits are hiding behind their new menu but we are not going anywhere until they fix this insulting mistake.

My husband and I would get this sandwich with soup every single week, sometimes more than once a week! It’s the best sandwich, with ingredients that are used with other sandwiches so there’s no reason to not keep it on the menu!
Please add the modern caprese sandwich back to the menu! I went to order tonight and couldn't believe it wasn't an option. I had to seriously modify another sandwich to get as close as I could to it-I'm sure the staff is annoyed with me as it will take them more time to make. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!
I am vegetarian, and as a result I have very limited options to eat at Panera. But I really love to eat modern caprese at Panera. Modern caprese is the only reason I go to Panera again and again. Please don't stop serving.
It's hard for me to find a favorite now. This panini dipped in the tomato soup was my go to for a long time. I've tried other sandwiches, but they're not doing it for me. And certainly not the flatbread they convinced me to try in its place.
Bring it back!!
this was my all time favorite thing on the menu. i cried when it was no longer there!! i have ARFID so its very hard to find things that i enjoy at restaurants

This was my favorite item ever!!!!! I miss it so much. I don’t go to Panera as much as I used to because they got rid of it. If they were to bring it back, I would eat at Panera much more often.
