Back in the 90s, The Simpsons was the coolest, cleverest thing on TV, and it was the backbone of BBC2's 6pm slot until it stops airing in 2004 and moved to Channel 4,In addition, the network will be transmitting terrestrial repeats of the long-running US cartoon at 6pm every day, in its old BBC2 slot.
