I just blinked and saw 100 people signed this thing which is honestly wild because I really thought I was the only one still mourning that specific carpet shampoo. It is actually kind of amazing how many of us miss that exact cleaner formula for our floors and I am genuinely energized to keep pushing since we clearly are not alone in this.

I have been happy with my sonic duo except for the discontinuation of the carpet shampoo. I feel a bit cheated because they pulled it right after I bought. Like a bait and switch. I will not buy another Shark until they return the shampoo to market.
I'm in the market for a carpet/hardwood floor cleaner and was just about to buy the Shark Duo until I saw that this solution was discontinued. Sorry, Shark, but you lost a sale today because you apparently don't support your product with the materials needed to make it work properly!
first Shark discontinued the concentrate solution and replaced it with ready to use solution at the same price, resulting in a 7x price increase, then they discontinued the solution all together without a substitute, abandoning their customers. Poor customer support.
Please bring back the concentrate. Shipping, storage and land fill could all be reduced if the concentrate is sold. I've read the directions and feel penalized for those that don't. Perhaps a red warning label will help those understand the product needs to be diluted with water.
This cleaning solution is a necessity for anyone suffering from upper respiratory ailments such as dust allergies. I live in an area where it is hard to find living spaces without carpet. I need the cleaning solution available in stores. Please, please, please.
I cannot fathom why you would sell a machine and then render it absolutely useless without the cleaning liquid. My Shark Sonic Duo works better than any other carpet cleaner, but NOT without the solution!!! Please bring it back along with the green bottle hard floor cleaner! The ones on EBay are ridiculously priced, it to mention, how many years old it is, since you stopped making it. Shark, you are making customers lose faith in your products!! Please bring the cleaning liquids back!
I love the Shark Duo, please bring it back. I have looked everywhere for a replacement. I love this machine!!!!!!

Why sell this machine then stop selling the solutions we need for it? Please add them back , i’ve seen countless post on many sites from customers who are unhappy they can no longer find these products and now have begun making there own or stopped using your machine completely .
