Charities such as the Severn Hospice need every inch of support they can get. Government is never going to pay for such an essential service.

There appears to be no logic as to why the council will not allow this to take place. Many other events that are approved by the council have more of an impact on the area than this will. I think any event that brings people together to raise money for such a worthy cause should be fully supported and encouraged.

This is an event that appeals to a younger audience and as both a fitness and charity event should be encouraged not blocked.
