I don’t think all the extra board operators should be punished for the few that take advantage. I think the consequences for those that take advantage should be set for them not for everyone.

I feel the pucks should be brought back. Being on report isn't the worst things but often times it can be vary crowded and it can go very late. I have anxiety especially when in crowded places and it makes coming to work very difficult and it's leading to me looking for a new job. I also feel the quiet room is only beneficial, I've been sick while having a shift and being able to rest allowed me to come in and had I not been able to rest I would have had to call out. Ive already seen the affects this has had on morale but I also know that long term this will lead to more stress and fatigue on staff and has little to no benefit. I think there's improvements that could be made to report but I don't think removing the pucks is one of them.

Let the suffering end. Please!

Split the piece of work for people reporting if y'all not trying to give overtime
