What about the No Bread Hoisin Duck Salad from Pret? Yes, that's right. The crisp salad leaves, soft duck, exploding pomegranate seeds and sweet hoisin sauce - it was a delight, and brought many smiles to many faces at lunchtime.
Excitedly we waited for it to be added to the shelves this year, yet it never appeared. Don't get me wrong, the Summer 2014 specials are delicious, but it's just not our beloved duck salad, is it...
So, I tweeted Pret, asking where it was and I was surprised when they responded with a challenge. If I could find 1,000 people to sign a petition, they'll look at bringing it back.
So here we are, approaching Autumn and we have one last chance to treat ourselves to that gorgeous taste-sensation. If you have never tried it, then sign the petition anyway, it's truly divine and you will not be disappointed!

I miss this salad so much!!! It was the only reason I went to Pret for lunch. Please bring it back the other options just aren't the same.
