There has been a park on that field for over 50 years, the original park was at the entrance of the park off station road and lower gate road, bring it back !

My children used that park all the time it was fine. Please build a new one or at least put something there for our children to use.

So sad to see.... I spent my entire childhood playing on that park and even though I no longer I've in huncoat my mum does and my children loved going to the park when they visit their granny!

What do they expect the kids to do in huncoat if they have no park and nowhere for them to go. Absolute disgrace that they have just taken the park without saying anything to anyone.

Bring the park back, bring it up to date for the children of Huncoat- the kids need places like this to develop social skills and to be active!

Absolute disgrace, my home backs on to this park and I know how well used it was by the local children. There is nothing in Huncoat Village for the youngsters, they can't be expected to track all the way over to Bolton Avenue!
