On average I spend £50 on tassimo pods every month , sorry to say this is not going to happen since you have change the drink formula and sizes ,you need to start listening to what YOUR customers are telling you about these changes that are leading to unsatisfied customers and losing you sales and customer confidence

Seriously need to do something about the so called new style pods as they are not a patch on the old stly ones, lacking the flavour and no froth

The old latte pods were a lot better than the new ones, more froth and no residue in the bottom of the mug. Whoever decided to change them needs severely reprimanding.

I bought my friend a machine as she liked my lattes so much. She now doesn't want the machine. Bring back the old lattes!

Will be buying a new machine soon as I'm fed up with buying sub standard pods for the Tassimo. Bring back the old latte pods and we'll all be happy!

Disgusting and vile new pods! Bring back the old ones and I can unpack my Tassimo again and put away the Dulce Gusto
