Recently decided to invest in a Tassimo. I was really looking forward to a proper mug of hot chocolate but to my partner & I's disappointment.. We only got half a cup & adding extra water only dilutes the taste! Wont be buying the Cadbury pods again!

The old pods need to be brought back 100% new and improved more like new and nasty ... need to do what monster munch done new old style pods

the new powder pods are no good, half of the powder stays in the pod which is a total waste might as well just buy normal dring choc and make my own

Was they're actually and testing and research done before replacing them, if so I suggest you sack your test group because they've got it REALLY wrong!

If I wanted dish water there are easier ways to get it... Bring back the old and not messed about with milk.

New lattes are awful, new and improved!!! I don't think so. Lets have what we love back and the reason we bought a Tassimo machine in the first place.

The new pods leave me seriously thirsty after drinking them.
i wasn't fooling myself, I know the old ones weren't exactly natural but the new ones are so synthetic it makes me regret drinking them immediately after.

New pods are rubbish. Come on Tassimo. This may be a coincidence but things have started to slide since the recent merger. Very disappointed.

Have stopped using my Tassimo machine since the Costa latte milk pods changed, it tastes awful, it was the only Tassimo drink we like & used to get through about 5 packs a week, change it back - please!

Please bring back the old latte recipes the new ones are so bad - I don't know who you used as testers but smoother and silkier should read watery and artificial. My Tassimo is now going in the cupboard in the hope that you will listen to your customers. Had to buy another brand of machine but would have prefered to stay with you but there is no choice if you dont sell decent drinks - it's so sad :-(
