Has anybody seen the Tassimo site recently.
You are now not able to see reviews given against any particular item, so all the negative comments given for the Costa Latte products cannot now be seen. All you can see is the latest review which surprise is a positive comment.

I used to look forward to my Costa latte every morning but lately it has been very disappointing. It tastes synthetic and the milk doesn't froth.

The original Costa latte pods were so much better than the new, very synthetic tasting ones. They may be 'creamier' but not in a good way. It almost tastes like you've added a couple of tablespoons of single cream into some horrible instant coffee. This no longer tastes like a latte drink and the overwhelming strength of negative feedback about this new formula must demonstrate to Tassimo that they need to go back to the old version.

The new latter pods are disgusting. So disappointed I could actually cry. Please listen to your customers and revert to the original pods.

The new milk pods are terrible. My coffee now tastes like water with a weird coffee aftertaste. Just listen to everyone and change them back or I won't be buying anymore and you will lose a lot of money.

I bought 2 Tassimo machines (1 for home & 1 for the caravan) after so many friends told me the drinks were better quality than the Gusto machines we had. Since Christmas I have spent a fortune on pods & the latte & Cad chocolate is just like water so I'm going back to my Nescafe machines.

New no milk pod tastes awful. Same as instant crap you buy in a big tub for far less. Tassimo taking the mick on this and cadbury should be taking a look also

I bought a Tassimo machine so I could enjoy the brands (Costa, Carte Noire and Cadbury in particular) but am disappointed that the "new and improved" drinks are anything but...

I bought the Tassimo machine above others as the Costa Latte was one of the nicest out there. However since they changed the flavour it has hardly been used. The flavour of the new creamer pods is quite disgusting, far too sweet. If the normal latte is that sweet lord knows what a macchiato or a caramel latte tastes like!!! Tassimo take note as I am already looking at what else is out there and will be binning my Tassimo machine, Tassimo product development you have horrendously failed here

Just used my very last latte pod from the old packs having raided shops to stock up on 7 packs after being sent the disgusting new chemical tasting ones. Please, please bring back the old style ones. This is the only hot drink I have and I would happily pay £5 a pack for them if they go back to being as nice as they used to be. My machine is going to become an ornament for a bit in the hope Tassimo listen to their customers. Come on Tassimo, we loved what you used to make enough to tell you instead of just walking away. Time to listen and act please.

Sack your head of product development, sack your marketing team and sack your customer services team. The reformulations of your coffees have been an unmitigated disaster. Lord knows who you tested them on but they must be idiots. The way it has been marketed and the way complaints have been dealt with are both examples of ineptitude of the highest order. Tassimo is shafting itself...will it still be a brand in a year's time if it doesn't listen to its customers?

Just got a Tassimo for Xmas after trying some pods out at a friend's house a few months ago, I'm already finding inconsistencies with the new creamer pods!

Tassimo have now changed the Chai latte to the 'new improved style'
Just go on to the Tassimo website and check out the reviews that are now starting to come in on this product and see how much people are disgusted with the new style. Yet another product that Tassimo has ruined.
I have never known such an arrogant company as Tassimo, who have no respect to their customers views.
