these new 'improved' discs are really a major step backwards. Shaking as instructed is a complete waste of time-they are nasty. We loved our machine but its a complete waste of time now as you have stopped ALL the decent pods. Not only the milk changes but you have also removed another favourite Kenco medium Coffee. There is nothing in this range worth buying now-these are premium priced pods with inferior contents.

Miss my morning lattes, I hate the 'new' formula so much I have stopped drinking them. Saving a fortune but would rather have a nice cup of coffee! Please go back to the old ones Tassimo.

another company that thinks it knows better, why do so many companies keep changing things when they are working so well, these new improved drinks are rank completely disgusting, can I have a full refund for the wasted drinks and my redundant machine.

new changes are disgusting, wife and I had one each, threw it away and the tassimo is now sat redundant sort it out and return the product back to how they were.

All 'new and improved' drinks such as Cadbury, Milka, Carte Noir Latte and Costa latte have been ruined by these updated version. Will be giving up with Tassimo

Please listen to your customers and stop bringing out New flavours etc when there's nothing wrong with the original

Your milk pods are now disgusting , waterry messes , hot choc is like cardboard lattes are gritty n most servings are 10 to 15 mls less which doesn't seem much but its a mouthfull of coffee /tea .

The sooner Tassimo and Costa actually do something to sort this out, the happier over 9000 of us upset customers will be.
So far all Tassimo have done is to upgrade the shop in the hope, we will all shop there again!

My machine is doing nothing now since the new disastrous recipe. Whoever thought the new recipe was acceptable Deserves The sack!!
