The shuttle being fixed to only certain hours of the day is an inconvenience to the students and by extension the staff that are especially in FOM who needs to travel back and forth to ASB and TTS.

Not every student owns a car and some depend on shuttle services especially when the weather is too hot or when it is raining

We respectfully urge the university to reinstate full-day shuttle service or introduce alternative transport solutions that prioritize student safety, practicality, and comfort

I Want Full-Day Shuttle Service
Transportation is not just about moving from one place to another — it's about access, convenience, and equality. As someone who depends heavily on public transport or campus-provided shuttles, I strongly believe that having a full-day shuttle service is not a luxury, but a necessity.
Currently, limited shuttle schedules often force students, workers, and visitors to plan their entire day around transportation. If you miss the last shuttle, you’re stuck. If your class ends late or your meeting runs overtime, you might need to spend extra money on taxis or rideshares. Worse, some people might choose not to attend important activities at all, simply because there’s no way to get back.
A full-day shuttle — running from early morning until late at night — would solve many of these issues. It would provide freedom and flexibility. Students could stay late to study in the library without worrying about how to get home. Staff members could work with less stress. Even tourists or guests could explore the area comfortably.
Another important point is safety. Imagine someone walking alone at night just because they missed the last shuttle. With rising safety concerns in many places, providing a reliable shuttle all day and into the evening could help reduce the risk of theft, harassment, or accidents. It's not just about comfort — it's about protecting people.
Moreover, full-day shuttles can actually be better for the environment. Right now, when shuttles don’t operate at convenient hours, people turn to private cars or ride-hailing apps. This increases traffic and pollution. But if a reliable shuttle is available all day, more people will choose it, leading to fewer cars on the road and a smaller carbon footprint.
From a financial point of view, running a full-day shuttle may seem expensive, but it is a valuable investment. A reliable transportation system boosts the reputation of any institution, whether it’s a school, workpl

importance of safety of the students outweights the benefits of reduction in shuttle service availability. This would also put inconvenience on, which indirectly, threatens the university reputation, even a little.
