Punished should be the ones who don't pay for their food. The others shouldn't.

Passion food has succesfuly eliminated all competition and has become a complete monopoly power, serving decent food at a high price and little variety(ex. needing to wait till end of lunch to get seconds, rice and sweet sour sauce pretty much every second day and a single drink with lunch) why do you think people have become so desperate to order food outside of school? I think people arent allowed off campus until 12th grade is partly due to eliminating competition even further forcing students to buy passion foods products
