Seeing this momentum grow has brought back so many memories of watching the Duke boys with my dad on Friday nights. It feels like people finally understand why losing this piece of television history was such a mistake.

Absolutely absurd to remove this program because of one person's ideals. Stop living in fear. I grew up loooooving this show as a child in suburban St. Louis. I never once related nor would relate the show to the recent incident of tragic events. Bring this show back.

My grandson has watched every episode in triplicate and if you ask him who died for his sins he will tell you "Jesus" did so the flag had no influence on him whatsoever, its all how you are brought up to believe in. Thank you and bring the dukes back!

The Dukes of Hazzard was a great show. Good, clean and wholesome. The show gave me some of the best childhood memories a boy could ask for. Nothing about the show is negative, racist or bad. Please start considering the millions of viewers who love the show and stop pandering to people based only on false political correctness. If the show stood for anything associated with racism, I would be the first to stand behind the decision to remove it from the air. However, the show always held people of color in high regard and portrayed them in a positive manner. Positions such a police officers, teachers, doctors, dentists and lawyers where common for African Americas on the show. I just don't think removal is warranted; it seems to be more of a knee jerk reaction to a senseless misunderstood concept of the show. Those that grew up with it truly understand what the show was about and what it stood for. I want my children to enjoy the show as much as I did. Rather than taking the Dukes of Hazzard off the air to pacify some uninformed people, you should be thinking how to bring it back and benefit another generation of great Americans.
