Jim Burton has the ideal quality of that person always welcome in your living room. He projects the image that he cares about family. Our news reflects our community. Jim is a man who represented the leader of the local weather team. Why treat our meteorologist like a weather pattern of the area. Above all my experience leads me to the clarity and timbre of his voice. Easily, this clarity could be called golden. An 84 year old woman with hearing impairment can clearly understand his words. With our aged population, that is a quality which can not be overlooked. So, bring back Burton! At least broadcast on live tv why he is no longer with our WJAC-TV news FAMILY

I watch WJAC-TV news every morning and evening. Lately I noticed a very important component missing from your broadcast. Where is Mr. Burton? I miss his wit, his voice and his overall demeanor. I depended on his competence as a meteorologist. I hope to see his return to your broadcast. Annette from Centre county
You people are idiots! The one person you could count on for a accurate weather forecast, you fire him. Then you do not have the balls or guts to give the public a reason why you did what you did. Jim has been a staple in this community for as long as I can remember. I can remember when he started in radio in Johnstown. involved in many community charity projects.What the hell were you thinking! Bring Big Jim back now! Or give us a reason why you did what you did. People pay your bills through advertising. I'll bet if people start taking their dollars elsewhere you would do something! I will be watching wtaj until you bring Jim back. The station owes the public the truth!
Jim Burton is the epitome of professionalism and yet he reaches everyone with his kind and friendly demeanor. I truly believe he is an asset wherever he is employed.
Bring back Jim Burton, guess my husband and I will have to watch weather elsewhere.

Jim added experience and humor to his daily broadcast. He was very thorough and enlightening when giving the weather. He is definitely being missed while on the air and his many community ventures. Bring Jim back.
