How on earth can a Chief Executive (a tax paid servant of the state) say that "she takes on board the points of view" of the citizens elected reps and then state that she will disregard them. She is paid to implement decisions taken by the council and not ignore them. Looks like Dictatorship in Action to me. Should be a motion at next meeting to terminate her employment.

please open the bottle banks, fed up to put the bottles in public bins when picking litter on my walks with the dogs, as I put the cans and glasses in the bottle bank

when walking my dogs I find lots of rubbish on the roads and bring the cans and glass bottles to the bottle bank, the rubbish goes in the public bins, now as there is no bottle bank for plastic bottles I put them in the public bin...... would be nice for the environment if the bottle banks would be there again for the plastic

You either want us to recycle or you want to pay the expense of ilegal dumping.

A ridiculous decision that should never have been made in the first place.

When concerns are raised about this particular cut the Chief Executive suggest that the councillor should find the money in the budget. So when councillors suggest where the money could come from its dismissed by CE claiming this is an executive remit.
