Bring back the Alma Mater

As of the fall of 2013, the Alma Mater is no longer being played before the National Anthem at football games. Instead it is being played after the game, when most, if not all fans and Alumni have left the stadium. We would like for the song to be moved back to Pre-Game where all the fans and Alumni can appreciate it.
