Dear Mrs. Scheils
The present petition is to call your attention to the events that took place on July 19th at our offsite warehouse. Three members of our team were terminated unfairly.
The members in question are:
- Steven Pampillon, Flow Team Lead
Fired for failure to communicate, as per STL Eric Estevez,(to himself) and AP ETL Sam Farag that the door was locked and broken.
- Leslie Ledbetter, Executive Team Lead
Fired for failure to communicate, as per STL Eric Estevez (to himself) that the door was broken and failure to hold team lead Steven Pam. accountable for breaking the door.
- David Alvarez, Backroom Team member
Fired for thinking blocking cameras as per STL Eric Estevez
None of these members had any previous violation of corporate conduct and all of them had demonstrated outstanding performance and leadership. The property in question, a door, also violates Target policies as no door should be left locked or used by any employee to store their personal belongings.
The signatures below represent our request for corporate to reconsider the termination of these exemplary employees, investigate the events that lead to their termination and if possible reinstate them to their former positions.
