While Im not one who usually listen to music like Takoma's, he is my friend and this is a violation of his first amendment right. An artist Takoma should be able to express his pride of being LGBT. This violates the 2015 Gay Rights Law as well. Multiple Federal, and State laws are violated and it must end. Also if you allow students to listen to Snoop Dogg, or NWA during school, using headphones, Takoma should be able to publish his music, if it is out of school, and off school property.

personally, i think that the school has nothing to do with what he does outside of school. and if his music is "inappropriate" deal with it. have you seen kids these days

Takoma Smith has done nothing wrong by creating his music. It is a violation of his Firsg Amendment right for the school to take away his privilege. It is rude, offensive, and completely uncalled for. It is not the schools business to know or take down Takoma's music. He did not offend, harm, or saying anything that could effect any person in any way. Bring back Takoma now or I WILL press charges.
