With Halo Infinite’s latest and greatest update, we’ve seen as always our fourth ranked playlist rotated out. This time we lost snipers and snipers was replaced with squad battle. See normally snipers is rotated out with team tactical. But not this time. This time we see experimental ranked playlist called squad battle. Now squad battle is interesting and I think you could have it place. In fact, it would be really cool if it rotated out and in with the ranked team doubles.

Although, with that being said, many of us are very frustrated, knowing that for a full month, not only do we not have team tactical, but we have also lost snipers. No, these are not the most popular of the ranked playlists, but they certainly have a loyal player base for those that do play. And with the dwindling population of this game, it makes absolutely no sense to try something new when it’s going to take twice the amount of players to create a match. Which in a ranked playlist is it even harder because if even one person lags out in the beginning, the entire game will quit and return to the menu after loading in the entire match. Now that is frustrating.

I’m here to propose that we bring tactical back for this entire month. And to either completely remove squad battle. Or at the least take out team doubles and put it there. We need to have a quick pace 4v4 game mode that is ranked to cool down in. Not another objective based game mode. That is twice the size 4 times the chaos and the largest ranked population succubus of all for ranked playlists.
