I've known Derek for over a year. 1st met him from his stream. He is funny as a streamer. I am one of the lucky ones who have been able to talk to him offline and get to know him away from being a streamer. He is a kind, caring, thoughtfull person. What parent would not say something in the defense of their child being threatened? HE and his son Dom is always getting threats on stream. Most times he says a couple words of how its not right and bans the person. When you get harrasment everyday in every stream it builds up and for Twitch to think it's okay to not hold back is completely wrong. It's wrong for Twitch to allow partner streamers to tell their viewers to go get cancer and aids. It's wrong that Twitch allows partner streamers to go naked while anyone else who isn't partner gets banned. Twitch seems to discriminate between partners and non. I do believe a class action law suite should be in place for discrimination against Twitch for non partners. I believe the non partners will win this case too!

I think that sniping for Dom is a great streamer, taking defense of his song and saying some things to the hateful words that was said, should not be his fault to get banned. I believe that the sorrys should come through and dereck should get his channel back!
