Let kids have their fun and celebrate what is a relief to end high school and their final year of secondary education.
Before they enter uni and the higher levels of stress that comes with it (even higher than VCE) they should be able to have ONE night, which is common practice everywhere and well deserved.

We've all worked our butts off for 13 years and we don't even get to celebrate spending 2/3 of our lives at school? This is our final chance to be with our cohort and have an amazing night all together. This will be the last time we ever see some of our classmates and I don't want to be sitting a row waiting for my name to be called up in a uniform. That's not something for us to remember as our experience of high school
