Bring Sarah Thorn back to The Bridge. With no working equipment in the gym Sarah is the only reason a lot of people go to The Bridge. You've failed to get cover for her classes, and worst still, even when you've known that her classes wouldn't be covered you've left it to the last minute to inform anyone booked on the class that it was cancelled. This is disgraceful you've shown a total disregard for your customers.

I absolutely love Sarah. She's the only reason I go to the Bridge and one of the best instructors Fusion have. I haven't attended one session since she hasn't been around. The communication to customers in respect of her classes has been really bad. I've turned up and there has been no explanation as to her absence.

Sarah's classes are so popular and so is she..in fact Mrs Thorn is the main reason why I've attended and been a member of the Bridge for so many years...This isn't rocket science or Brexit........fixit..

I'm disgusted the way we've all been treated I've been coming to the bridge for 10 years doing classes taken by Sarah.. Sarah's class has been suspended for 3 weeks the classes haven't even been covered by anyone else there has been no attempt to sort this situation out we have all been left in the lerch. I want compensation for the 3 weeks we've been with out a class and I will be leaving if these classes are not but back on . Sarah's classes are the only good thing in the bridge. You go in the gym and nothing ever works. Bring back Sarah!!!!!!!!

You guys are having a laugh. Sort out your internal affairs and not let us the public suffer. This is ridiculous. Did she murder anyone? Did she turn up late for work? I
Please kindly Go remove the car park charges and deal with your loyal staff and customers in the correct manner. In addition clean the place every now and again.
