Had the best 4th of July’s there As a kid. Before they closed the pool we would swim ball day then rides all night followed by fireworks. The best memories.

Let’s bring the happiness we had as a child going there back and let’s be able to share it with our children and future generations. I went there as a kid and even went to the Rocky Point Fair on a Saturday in July 1996!! Miss it so much!! Love pointing out the memories of Rocky Point to my children and whenever they see some paraphernalia from there, they point it out to me. Today for example they had a picture of Rocky Point at a local restaurant. Remember those a Summertime commercials so well....

The children of today should have an amusement park that's affordable for their parents to take then too unlike the huge amusement parks that are much to expensive and to far away.

RI can really use a place like this back. It would be great for the economy, use of never used space and also the environment. I was a little girl when RO closed but those are still my happiest memories as a kid. I saw my first concert there. It was the New kids on the block and it was great.. please, please, please bring it back. I would love my kids to enjoy what I did as a child.

We need a great place like Rocky Point back in Rhode Island. I want my son to have a great place to spend his childhood, just like I did. Right now, this state needs Rocky Point back.

I grew up going to Rocky Point... my family went often. Some of my most memorable childhood times were here! Excited to hear there's even a thought about bringing it back.

This park was a staple for all of R.I. I grew up right down the road from the park and remeber countless people from all over the country stop to ask..."ARE WE GETIING CLOSE TO ROCKY POINT"..with pure excitment on everyones faces.
