Bring Back Rival Schools!
Capcom has made many great titles in the past. Fighting games became successful over the years under Capcom such as Street Fighter and the VS series games. Back in 1997, Rival Schools made a debut in the arcades internationally which, then in turn, was release onto the Playstation console a year later. First time I played this game, I believed this was the most awesome game that I've played at that time. 2 on 2 gameplay, mini games such as Natsu's Service mode and Shoma's Home Run mode, and unique team moves that no other game could compare to. But, not a lot of people knew about this game. A sequel to this game called "Project Justice", which was released on the SEGA Dreamcast system, didn't quite receive the recognition it deserved due to the downfall of the SEGA Dreamcast. Project Justice was a GREAT sequel to Rival Schools. This time, it included 3 on 3 gameplay, new characters along with alternate versions of a few characters, and a triple team special move, which I thought were not as good as the double team moves. Later on, characters from the series were being featured in Capcom VS games; Kyosuke in CVS2 and Batsu in TVC. I and many other people believe that this series deserves to be revived into a next gen game. Hopefully after the release of Street Fighter x Tekken, Capcom's staff could come together and bring back from the past this GREAT game! Rival Schools late 2013, early 2014 is what I'm wishing for!
