Python is a simple yet powerful language. CBSE should reconsider their decision.

It is useful. You can experiment advanced things in less number of lines of code.

I ask CBSE, If not python what else takes its place? You want tedious C/C++ or age old FORTRAN or not at all??

At +2 level Python is a very useful tool to teach physics and maths. But so long as the computer science is taught as something unrelated to the core subjects, the power of that language is never realized. Whether CBSE encourages or not, I am maintaining a collection of Python code to teach physics, kept at expeyes.in/python.html

An atavistic action on CBSE's term is not a way to quench the qualms it's facing with Python. Changing the infrastructure of the Python academia is while an overbearing action, does not come in the way of development of students.

I completely agree with your thoughts.
In fact CBSE must also either hire python checkers or teach their existing teachers python language.

This sounds like a decision taken by someone who has absolutely no idea about programming languages, and pedagogical techniques.
The flexibility of Python allows it to be applied to science classrooms as well. One can explain various concepts through simulations only a few lines long.
Please bring back Python.
Sincerely,
Someone who regularly codes in more than 5 languages, including C/C++
It should be brought back.
