You're right, ratings are corporate integers... Hip hop is the exact opposite. It's a damn shame numbers have to control everything in the corporate world, it is the opposing force of soul.

The "new station" is not a new station, it's 97.3 and now it's located in 2 slots, both playing the same thing at the same time.

Power 102.1 was the lowest rated urban formatted station in Birmingham (see link for WENN, which Power 102.1 simulcasts). Why should mgmt keep the "Power"format in place?
