Bring Back Police Traffic Wardens in Scotland

Since the local authorities in some areas have taken over the parking control there has bee utter chaos on the streets of Scotland. It is worse in North Lanarkshire where there are neither Parking Attendants or Police Traffic Wardens. As we will soon have a National Police Service, let it include the Police Traffic Wardens.
